Head Bartender - Leeds

The Lost & Found Leeds Club are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to support our team of bartenders in Leeds.

The Lost & Found is home to mystical mixology and delectable dishes and our buildings have been transformed into decadent drinking dens and restaurants, with a playful sense of fun, plants, flowers and hidden secrets. Infused spirits are mixed, muddled and beautifully served creating craft cocktails by our creative mixologists. And food is taken just as seriously with a menu full of flavour, made using seasonal produce and all cooked to perfection.

As the Head Bartender in The Lost & Found, you will be leading a team of experienced bartenders so you must have the ability to motivate, task and manage a team. You will know all the secrets of premium drinks, have a wealth of knowledge in cocktails and know your way around the top shelf. You will be the link between the bar and the management team and you will be required to attend management meetings to discuss bar stock takes, sales, and team training.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a premium, nationally recognised brand and hoping to climb the ladder to General Manager.

What we are looking for?

• Experience working as a Bartender, Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a premium style business.
• Strong minded individual, capable of working in a fast paced environment
• A passion for cocktails, spirits and wines
• Able to integrate into an already established team, take direction and see tasks through to completion
• Have a high level of self-motivation and seek to accomplish all tasks set
• Have a passion for coaching and developing individuals
• Able to set standard of exceptional service and strive to ensure all team members meet these standards.
