Reservation Manager - Comptoir - South Kensington, London

This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing team, obsessed about delivering exceptional level of service and are continually motivated to develop and strive for the best.

Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience as a reservation manager/host within a restaurant environment essential (minimum 6 months);
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
• Passion for hospitality
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate confidently;
• Excellent computer knowledge- ability to efficiently use outlook, word and excel is a must;
• Availability to work full-time and be flexible (average of 40-45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends), must be flexible to travel, as this is a central reservations role for a group of restaurants;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Previous knowledge of Open Table & Collins ideal, however training will be provided;
• Quick learner
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Well organised being able to manage numerous enquires
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the working day
• Work well in a team
• Have a passion for food and drink
