Membership Administrator - Darlington

Applications are invited for a Membership Administrator to work within our Contact Centre environment in our Head Office in Darlington. This is primarily a customer service based role with additional administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work within the Company's Memberships Department. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Handling member correspondence via email, telephone and letter, and any other medium as required by the business.

Understanding of membership options, policies and terms and conditions.

Providing market leading customer service to all enquiries.
    
Daily reconciliation of department payments.
    
Maintaining membership and debt databases.

Answering queries from members, clubs and head office staff.

Complaint handling from customers.
