Up to £28,000 per annum 

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef with experience of delivering high quality fresh food in high volume restaurants or pubs. We need Chefs with a genuine love of food - Chefs who are passionate about how to cook a steak, dress a salad or make the perfect hollandaise!

A day in the life

• Food preparation, plating food and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Consistently delivering high quality dishes 
• Deputising for the Head Chef and helping to lead a team of 10 
• Taking responsibility for counting stock, ordering and quality control
• Ensuring the team is always performing at its best
• Being involved in the innovation of new dishes 
• Support with training and developing the kitchen team

What you'll need

• A genuine love for cooking
• A desire to go above and beyond and prepare our food with love
• Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential
• To be a team player with plenty of energy and stamina
• Enjoy working as part of a tight knit team
• To be a proper grafter who takes pride in their work
