Leisure Club Manager

An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Club Manager in Dumfries has become available. Based in one of our hotel based health clubs you will be responsible for the day to day operations as well as the sales and marketing strategy to grow the membership base. You will have a proactive approach to your work and have excellent people skills to manage a small team of staff and keep the members and hotel residents happy. Ideally you will have experience in a similar position within management as a club manager, assistant manager or duty manager with knowledge of marketing, sales, health and safety, pool plant operations, fitness, people management, customer service and operations in general. Emergency  pool responder and a pool plant qualification  is needed but could be provided for the right candidate. The position is based on completing shifts that go from early to late and at weekends so a degree of flexibility is needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team of over 100 sites nationwide  with progression available for those with the right attitude and application of their skills.
