We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, customer and standards oriented food and beverage professional to join our team. 

What are the responsibilities of our Food and Beverage Supervisor?

• Report to the Food and Beverage Manager 
• Responsible for the daily front of house food and bar operation including supervising the team 
• To take ownership and support the management for the smooth running of the food and beverage operation on a daily basis 
• To be customer focused at all times, by being visable during service periods, approachable and quick to fullfil customer needs 
• Lead and motivate the team 
• - Help to control the resources and make a profitable contribution to the park, as well as placing orders and stock control
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team 
• Comply with all health and safety, food safety and fire regulations 

Our ideal Food and Beverage Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

- Outstanding customer service skills with strong organisational and interpersonal skills enabling you to integrate effectively as part of a close team and offer excellent customer service

- Relevant experience in the food industry

- Eye for quality standards

- Enthusiasm for working with customers

- Microsoft office and computer literate to a competent level

- Ability to make decisions and organise a team on shift

- Desire and proven ability of achieving targets

- Supervisory skills

- Cellar experience

Hours: 45 hours per week working a variety of shifts to include, weekends, evening and bank holidays.Position available for an immediate start.
