Senior Chef de Partie

We are currently looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who is as enthusiastic about modern British food as we are.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to work alongside Luke Holder and Angela Hartnett in delivering exceptional dining experiences of Hartnett Holder & Co, within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.

A Senior Chef de Partie role at Lime Wood is like no other. You will be working with a menu dedicated to high quality, fresh produce, along with providing new ideas for our changing menu. As Senior Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to work hands-on throughout all areas of the kitchen, learn new skills whilst being provided the support and progression to develop your career - just like our current Sous and Head Chef’s!

This role will suit a passionate, self-motivated Senior Chef de Partie who enjoys delivering a high standard of service and strives from working within a lively team environment.

At Lime Wood, you will have the benefit of working a 3.5 day weeks, based on full-time hours. In addition to being provided your schedule up to 3 months in advance!
