Site Manager  - NEW OPENING - Seven Dials Market  - Covent Garden, London

Immediate start available.

Full time, 40-45 hours per week, Contract, Permanent.

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum + Overtime for any hours worked & Bonus scheme. 

We are seeking an experienced full- time Site Manager to run our NEW OPENING in Seven Dials Market, Covent Garden. The new site will be one of 14 restaurants & cafes in a converted banana warehouse in central London. KERB will be manning the bars, in this beautifully converted building which is set to become one of central London's top market hall dining experiences.    

We are looking for a highly organised and energetic people-person, suited to running a fast food/ Counter style open kitchen.

Required experience & Skills:

• Experience opening a new site would be advantageous
• Proven track record as a manager in a busy hospitality setting
• An ambitious individual, driven to deliver complete customer satisfaction
• The leading team player with the desire to develop yourself and those around you
• Attention to detail that means you are on top of every element of running the stand
• A keen cook with food prep experience
• Enjoys the buzz and can cope with the stress of a fast-paced environment
• Financially savvy, driven by achievements in sales growth and incentive delivery

Role Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training, motivating, disciplining and rewarding staff
• Prepping food for service, assisting the chef with cooking
• All admin tasks - creating rotas, approving time sheets, stocktaking, placing orders, upholding Health & Food safety standards, financial recording
• Maintaining the company's high standard of cooking and presentation
