We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail store team at Yankee Candle Wembley.

Your role in the store will be crucial to supporting our service vision and store experience, so we are looking for people with:

  • Good computer skills
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the store's day-to-day operations
  • Assist in the bringing in and processing of deliveries
  • Assist in the raising of all stock purchase orders.
  • Assist in the management of the order tracking document.
  • Handling cash and other daily administrative tasks
  • Ensuring customer receive excellent customer service
  • Daily Replenishments
  • Managing Stock adjustments
  • Ensuring the store and back of house is clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Resolve issues and problems related to deliverables and customer concerns.
  • Assist in organising all necessary POS to be included in the install

Able to work early mornings and late evenings is vital.
