Studio Society is the first immersive fitness club in the UK; we are looking for a club manager to join us at our club in West Hampstead.  We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and engaging with a strong passion for fitness.

Job Role:

• Leading & inspiring the team to deliver the company’s vision in delivering the most inspiring fitness experiences possible; with elegant design, expert instruction & the latest in immersive technology. “We won’t stop until we’ve inspired the greatest number of people possible.”
• Increasing membership with Outreach and management of the promotion Team, whilst also focussing on member retention through the delivery of brilliant basics.
• Creating an engaging environment for our members, ensuring they receive the highest levels of customer service at all times, whilst dealing efficiently with member feedback & deliver effective resolutions.
• Recruit, train & develop a fantastic Freelance, Pro Trainer team & management team, with over 250 classes per week, the quality of classes that are taught are the heart of our business. We strive to work with the best instructors in London who are able to deliver a best in class standard to our members.  Motivate our team to deliver exceptional service at every stage of our members’ journey.
