Our Party Hosts keep our smallest customers happy, and their parents, too. Our centres cater for the entire family and as a Party Host, you will plan, administrate, co-ordinate and supervise children’s parties ensuring a fun and safe environment at all times.

We are passionate about delivering the best customer service and getting your community active. Every Fusion team member plays their part, working within a diverse and dynamic team in a fast paced environment.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Deliver consistent and exceptional Party service standards to customers, greeting party attendees and welcoming guests with an itinerary of the activities planned
  • Ensure the relevant party area is set up before the party commences, and ensure the party area is a safe and well-presented
  • Organise and supervise the party during the 1 hour’s activity, ensuring a cost effective party is delivered which meets the needs of the customers, and if possible exceeds them
  • Ensure the birthday child feels particularly special during their Big Day
  • Ensure the food is set up in the food area on time, whilst you are guiding the party to the Party Area
  • Arrange and lead a variety of party games and activities. Games must be suitable for the age group and the free space within the room
  • Ask the parent/guardian to complete a Party Evaluation Form to continually seek improvement of own performance/ centre’s party offering
  • Ensure the party area is secure and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and repair at the end of the party
  • Maintain a clear head to ensure you are able to deal effectively with questions and complaints that crop up
  • Generate ideas to assist in developing the Birthday Party operations and product
  • Work cooperatively, supporting the team in all aspects of the Centre’s operation

To be a successful Fusion Party Host, you will have:

  • Experience working with children
  • Experience of customer care/service, preferably in a fast paced customer facing environment
  • Experience in hospitality or the service industry
  • Excellent communication skills; particularly verbally, with the ability to build trust and rapport with both children and their parents
  • An empathetic and nurturing personality; someone who enjoys working with children
  • Good numerical and written skills
  • Ability to work outside office hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility of location
