The role:
We are looking for a confident and ambitious Recruitment & Branding Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent written English, a flair for social media and is interested in a career in HR. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working collaboratively with Marketing to push relevant content on our key accounts, drive and develop our employer brand and support with general recruitment administration.
Responsibilities
Social Media
- To manage our key LinkedIn accounts
- Managing the ‘Carot’ content platform, streaming all content on relevant sites
- Creating and scheduling recruitment and business content
- Working with marketing to develop and drive our employer brand
Recruitment
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Coordinating telephone screenings & face to face interviews
- Post job adverts through the ATS and job board platforms
- Liaise with Hiring Managers for feedback post interviews
- Support with Recruitment events and assessment centres
You Have (Skill set)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Flair for social media
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and experience using Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work to deadlines
- Highly organised, proactive and hardworking
