Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Assistant CRM Manager, your day to day tasks will include:

  • Manage the CRM briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling and delivery of all BAU email and push notifications
  • Understand and create mobile-first campaigns
  • Responsible for implementing ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on BAU campaigns and database performance, feeding results back to the wider business
  • Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are optimised
  • Own and manage email and push calendar for USC aligning with wider teams to support business objectives
  • Responsible for maintaining customer database, identifying key customer segments and targeting across relevant email programs
  • Keep up to-to-date on industry insight and email marketing trends

Skills & Competencies:

  • A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
  • Results driven and delivery focused. Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams
  • Numerate and analytical and be able to provide insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
  • Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential
  • Strong project management – ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
