Sales Manager - Presale Health and Fitness - Basingstoke

Up to £30,000 Basic 38K OTE

A very exciting opportunity for a sales manager to take responsibility for a pre-sale for a premium health and fitness club that is opening in Basingstoke.

Previous health and fitness club or sales management s experience is strongly desirable who will:

• Thrive in a club that will have high volume monthly sales targets,
• Lead by example and from the front in driving a proactive outreach strategy within the local area
• Coach and lead their team to hit both headcount and joining fee targets.
• Work a combination of shifts including evenings and weekends

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 30K dfepending on experience, there is monthly paid commission in addition to bonuses for hitting pre-sale and launch targets. There are exceptional opportunities for career progression with this market leading leisure operator.
