Digital Technology IT Support Analyst

Up to £25,000 per annum plus benefits (dependent on experience).

Flexible working required including every other weekend. Some travel to other sites is required.

Roles available based at Chessington, Surrey (Chessington World of Adventures)

& Windsor, Berkshire (LEGOLAND, Windsor)

We have a number of roles available for Digital Technology Support Analysts to join the Merlin Digital IT team based at Chessington World of Adventures and LEGOLAND Windsor.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an exciting and thrilling environment.

These roles report to the UK Parks IT Manager.

 The Digital Technology IT Support Analyst will be responsible for…

Representing Merlin Digital IT within the resort / attraction delivering first class 2nd line support to Laptop, Desktop and till users on-site. 
Acting as a point of escalation for major incidents.  
Identifying and fixing IT related incidents, problems and requests to agreed standards / SLA’s using ServiceNow.
Championing and promoting Service Improvement on an on-going basis to continually improve quality and user satisfaction with IT Services.
Ensuring appropriate OLAs/SLAs are met in all IT services. 
Providing additional support to the UK Local Support Teams to assist in business impacts outside of Thorpe Park if required.

We are looking for the following skills and experience...

Experience in working with Laptops and Desktops in a Windows 7 environment.
Working knowledge of basic networking concepts and trouble-shooting techniques (Cisco hardware), WIFi technology, ePOS (till hardware) and Active Directory.
Knowledge of Apple iPhones and configurations.
Microsoft Certified Professional qualification (MCP) in Windows 7 is desirable.
Please note you’ll be required to work 5 days out of 7 including every other weekend. Normal shifts are 08:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 18:00.
You will also need to hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.
