Britain’s Ultimate Castle is recruiting for a passionate and ambitious Commi Chef to join our team.

 

 

We are passionate about delivering great food in keeping with the heritage of our superb surroundings with a modern day reality of our guest’s expectations.

We have several food outlets on site including hotel accommodation with a real variance of food offering, and also a busy conferences calendar, there are never two days the same!

The right candidate will support ‘feeding the fun’ both for our guests and our growing kitchen team.

 

 

The ideal Commi Chef will have following skills and experience:

  • Basic kitchen experience
  • Driven to learn & develop as a chef
  • Excellent awareness of food hygiene standards
  • Team player willing to get stuck in.
  • Basic culinary skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Lots of energy and a real ‘can do’ attitude
