Night Porter/Auditor - Luton

Overview

The Night Porter/Auditor's role is to assist the Night Manager to provide a smooth and efficient Night Service & Night Audit. This will ensure that our 5 star high level customer service is maintained on a 24 hour basis. As Night Porter/Auditor you will ensure that a thorough and comprehensive hand-over is carried out from Reception at the start and end of the shift. You will also be responsible for providing a late guest check-in and information service.

The salary for this role is in the region of £18,500 plus service charge ( approx. £1,200* per annum, *depended on sales) and annual bonus.

Attributes/Experience

• Able to demonstrate a proven track record in Reception, Night Porters or related discipline
• Be computer literate and preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Opera Fidelio or similar advanced PMS systems.
• An excellent command of the English language both verbal and written and outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the highest level of customer service.
