We are currently recruiting a Hotel Restaurant & Bar Host to join our dedicated Accommodation Team. Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers you will assist the Knight’s Village Team in delivering the highest possible service and standards, ensuring we exceed the expectations of our guests in accordance with health and safety.

 

The key objectives of the role include but are not limited to:

·         To deliver ultimate customer service to all of our guests and contractors on a daily basis

·         To be consistent in delivery and approach to the day to d ay demands on the business

·         To adhere to health, safety and food hygiene regulations at all times

·         To look smart and wear the correct uniform at all times

·         To ensure food safety practices to include due diligence defence guidelines for Health & Safety, health & hygiene, waste removal and waste disposal, in line

        with company policy and Charnwood audits.

·         Maintain the highest possible standards in all areas to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

·         Assist with developing new initiatives to drive continual department improvements.

·         Deliver customer service to exceptional standards on a daily basis in conjunction with mystery shopper audits and KPI scores.

·         Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately.

 

Hourly Salary £6.97 - £8.21

This is a seasonal time position and you will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Shift Patterns are  7 – 1pm (breakfast) or 5 – 11pm (Dinner) Flexibility is therefore essential. This contract ends on the 28th September 2019.
