Chef de Partie - Grand Pacific - Manchester

As a Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the kitchen team under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be responsible for the section allocated to you. You will be working with fresh ingredients in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Kitchen experience is essential and future development is available.

As a Chef De Partie for Grand Pacific your days will be varied and interesting. Your ability to remain flexible will ensure that each shift will be rewarding and enjoyable.

Your duties as a Chef de Partie will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
  • Being courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Understand and implement the company ethos.
  • Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.
  • Performing any reasonable task as requested by your Manager.
