As a Kitchen Porter you will be working as part of the kitchen team under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and equipment preparation in the state-of-the-art kitchen.

Your duties as a Kitchen Porter will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
