Our Flagship restaurant in Threadneedle Street are looking for Cocktail Waiters to come and join our already fantastic team, where you will need to hit the ground running, with your knowledge already at a high level, for what is an integral role for the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Taking food and drinks orders within the bar area and looking after a section
• Clearing and resetting tables and communicating with the Reception team regarding table movements
• Delivering drinks orders to the tables in fitting with the Cycle of Service
• Taking payments for the tables around the bar, and assisting in the restaurant when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
• Assisting the bartenders when necessary

Requirements
• Cocktail and bar experience
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Passion for guest service and hospitality
