We are currently recruiting for two Seasonal Admissions, Fastrack & VIP Team Leaders to join us at THORPE PARK Resort, an Island Like No Other! In this role you will support the management team in providing a professional and welcoming experience to all Guests, whilst also being driven to exceed revenue and sales targets, with a focus on protecting our bottom line profit & loss performance.

 

In this role you will be based across two areas of the Resort, taking equal responsibility in both the Admissions and Fastrack & VIP aspects of the department – this will require strong operational knowledge, as you will be required to carry out department duty manager (DDM) shifts on a rotational basis, in this role you should be confident in communicating with senior members of the management team. Through innovation and organisation you will manage staff to minimise till errors, void and discrepancies to help to reduce loss, whilst also balancing the operational needs to reduce queues and ensure we have strong KPI results. You will maintain a high level of customer service by setting standards and acting as a role model to our Hosts and Senior Hosts. You will also be expected to allocate and lead staff in line with the business needs and budgets whilst also delivering VIP packages, experiences and events.

These are Seasonal roles, contracted until 3rd November 2019, including weekend and bank holiday work as required by the business needs.
