Apprentice Trainee IT Support Analyst - Stoke Park Country Club & Resort
Role Description for Trainee Support Analyst:
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Support Analyst to join the IT team at Stoke Park.
As Trainee Support Analyst:
- Provide IT support for International Group staff/systems
- To provide support for Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10
- To configure, install & support PC’s, laptops & printers\MFP’s
- Install bespoke software systems
- Create documentation as/when requested and for any changes/additions to the IT
- To provide support on Apple Macs
- Setup of mobile devices (iPhone’s, iPads, Android)
- To provide Windows Active Directory/Exchange 2013 administration e.g. create
Trainee Support Analyst entry requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above plus at least 3 other GCSEs at grades A-C or 9-4 in any subject
- Cannot have an IT qualification higher than level 3
- Any experience working in an IT/computer environment
