Assistant Store Manager - Baker Street, London
Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Shiny Happy People in our fabulous store on the famous Baker Street in Marylebone, City of Westminster, London.
Our Assistant Store Managers are vital support to our Store Managers, driving the success of our stores and the SOHO brand. Our Management team create and maintain an exceptional environment for their store to work in and for our customers to visit time and time again. They consistently go above and beyond with their customer service and inject enthusiasm into all that they do, with passion for our delicious food and triple-certified coffee.
Accountable for targets set by their Store Manager and championing their team to ensure SOHO brand standards and high product quality are met and delivered every time, they are strong leaders of our in-store teams by constantly encouraging their Store Supervisors and Team Members to be successful, through close support and development.
If you have management experience within a high-volume food and drink business with responsibility for store targets and managing team members, or you have extensive supervisory experience and are looking for your next step up, then we would love to hear from you.

Hours & Pay
- Full Time; 45 hours per week
- Shifts between 06:00-19:00 Monday-Friday, 07:00-19:00 Saturdays and 08:00-18:00 Sundays
