RECEPTIONIST - THE LANGHAM, LONDON

The Langham, London - a 5* Forbes rated hotel, is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their Front Office team.

 

Your day to day activities in a Receptionist role will revolve around providing a truly personalised guest experience and performing tasks such as:

·         carrying out a check in procedure, 

·         rooming of guests

·         performing check out procedure

·         dealing with guest queries

·         taking payments and processing billing 

·         carrying out the cashiering procedure at the end of each shift

Requirement . ·         Previous experience of working as a Hotel Receptionist is desirable

·         Excellent customer service skills and a real understanding of 5* luxury environment service requirements

·         Excellent communication skills, in the English language, both written and verbal

·         One other language is an advantage

·         Immaculate personal presentation

·         A pro-active approach to guests and duties

·         Previous use of Opera is advantageous
