Operations Manager - Graves Health & Sports Centre
This challenging role requires a high level of skill and knowledge in managing a large, busy wet and dry leisure centre. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years management experience in wet and dry leisure facilities and must have relevant professional qualifications.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the centre ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved. The post holder will head the duty management team and have specific responsibility for managing our Quality Management Systems with regards to health and safety, customer services and training the operations team. You will assist in the financial management of the centre, helping to maximise income and control expenditure, and will deputise for the Contracts Manager in their absence.
