Facilities Technician - Level 3

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Technician to join our great team on a permanent basis. 

We are looking for a skilled and qualified multi-tradesman/technician. Someone who takes pride in their work and ensures this is done to the highest possible quality, ensuring the agreed standards are met. 
On a daily basis, they would be working in all aspects of Buildings maintenance within the park and both hotels at the resort.

The main duties are day to day reactive buildings maintenance. Planned preventative checks, small project works, water quality checks and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation. 

The correct candidate should come with a high level of experience in facilities/buildings maintenance. Ideally you should have a qualification in the buildings trade, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting etc. Expertise in all areas are needed as the job is not trade specific.

Also any qualification/experience in other areas would be an advantage such as Legionella, pool plant management, cherry picker, forklift, PAZMA tower etc.

You will need a full clean UK Driving licence.

This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 37.5 hours per week and may include weekends and bank
holidays as required.
