About the Role

Our ToYou operation has experienced rapid growth in recent years with a significant level of client onboarding activity and substantial growth planned over the next 12 months. ToYou is a strategic pillar for Asda and as such we are looking for an individual with strong Process Improvement and Change Management experience to contribute and drive growth, process efficiencies and cost savings as well as leading our Every Day Low Cost plans to reduce operating costs and drive our ‘change culture’.

Our Process Improvement and Change Manager is a crucial role in our toyou network, having a full understanding of the operating model within Asda Logistics Services, fulfilment, spokes and transport.

Please note this role is field based, in Yorkshire and the North-West with an element of travel.

You’ll be responsible for:

• The development, delivery and continuous improvement of the end to end toyou processes within Asda Logistics Services (ALS) for our 3rd party client, internal clients and george.com parcels through development and implementation of standardised processes across our solution to drive best practice and support efficiency
• Supporting the ToYou sortation strategy across sortation and depot facilities and trunking network Supporting the george.com sortation and transport strategy
• Delivering the ToYou trunking P&L and the George.com transport P&L
• Providing weekly and monthly commercial reviews with the key stakeholders of our service across the network and the central and national commercial teams
• Acting as SME for operational issues or incidents within the operating model, whilst identifying issues/risks and developing, implementing and delivering plans to address change
• Using data to provide actionable insight and understand how to drive future opportunities that support ongoing improvements to our service, proposition and experience

About You

With a background in Logistics, Retail, eCommerce, Fulfilment or Omni/Multi Channel, you will be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive, influence and manage change credibly. You will do this through building strong networks and relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Ideally you will have a good understanding of warehouse and transport processes and systems and an eye for detail. You’ll have a positive attitude and an ability to flex in an ever changing, growing and fast paced environment.
