Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club is a 122-Bedroom hotel and our main event facility is the Hawksworth Suite, which happens to be one of the one of the most popular wedding venues in the local area, for up to 200 guests. The hotel is frequently used for large business events & conferences. The hotel also boasts two restaurants, each with its own theme.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a kitchen, working within a team, understanding and implementation of food safety systems and be able to work weekends and evenings.
