About You

At Wildwood we care about great food, great places to eat, and great people. We are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef who will support us in delivering these goals. This is why we are passionate about working with the best people. Key to this is creating a great environment to work, where people have fun and can achieve their potential.

Whether the food is from our grill section, hand-stretched stone-baked pizza, or our freshly prepared pastas, our passion for high quality dishes is the main focus across all of our restaurants. The Sous Chef will support a team of chefs and KPs, ensuring great food quality, as well as supporting the Head Chef on managing labour and food cost to budget.
