        The Principal York Hotel are looking for a Front of House Manager to join the Front Office team.

You can expect to work 39 hours a week over 5 days. 

As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Reception, Nights & Concierge team, you will develop a motivated team who are focused on delivering a warm and intuitive service to our guests by anticipating their needs. You will coach and manage the performance of the team through regular performance reviews, and setting individual and team objectives to ensure high levels of performance. You will be commercially aware, forecasting and planning forthcoming business to ensure adequate staffing levels, in line with the business requirements whilst still ensuring the team are able to deliver a consistently high level of service.
