Restaurant Manager - The George Hotel, Lichfield

We have a fantastic and very rare opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage Team at The George Hotel in Lichfield.

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing Darwin’s, our Modern British restaurant as well as our breakfast and lunch offerings.  Duty Management shifts are also a part of this role.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and organised, have the ability to lead by example and motivate people and have a professional approach and warm welcoming personality to develop relationships.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential for this demanding but rewarding role.
