Restaurant Supervisor - Sheffield

The Lost and Found Sheffield is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team of waiting staff.

The Lost & Found is home to mystical mixology and delectable dishes and our buildings have been transformed into decadent drinking dens and restaurants, with a playful sense of fun, plants, flowers and hidden secrets. Infused spirits are mixed, muddled and beautifully served creating craft cocktails by our creative mixologists. And food is taken just as seriously with a menu full of flavour, made using seasonal produce and all cooked to perfection.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at The Lost and Found, you will be leading a team of experienced waiting staff so you must have the ability to motivate, task and manage a team. You will be an expert in creating memorable experiences and know everything when it comes to making sure every shift runs perfectly. This is your first step into management so you will be required to attend management meetings to discuss sales and team training.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a premium, nationally recognised brand and hoping to climb the ladder to General Manager.

What we are looking for?

• Experience working as a Waiter, Waitress, Head Waiter/Waitress or Restaurant Supervisor in a similar style business
• Strong minded individual, capable of working in a fast paced environment
• A passion for all things food related
• Able to integrate into an already established team, take direction and see tasks through to completion
• Have a high level of self-motivation and seek to accomplish all tasks set
• Have a passion for coaching and developing individuals
• Able to set standard of exceptional service and strive to ensure all team members meet these standards.
