Catering Supervisor - The Quarry Swimming & Fitness Centre

Full Time, 37 Hours per week

£17,015.50pa + Excellent Benefits

The Quarry Swimming and Fitness Centre are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor in our Café facility to work 37 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 which can include weekends working.

You will be responsible for delivering the catering operation in the café space to high standard set by the organisation.  Within the role as Catering Supervisor there are certain activities that you will be accountable for including managing the colleagues in the dining room to deliver great customer service, serving standards, cleaning, food handling/preparation through coaching and leading by example.

To be successful you should be confident will be expected to schedule resource, maintain colleague training records and to coach colleagues to continually improve.

Ideally you will come a background of supervising a customer led environment, from catering with it being at least 1 year long. 

Within a supervisory role it would help you if you have previous experience of rotas, colleague observations and food management.

It would advantageous to hold a Food Safety Level 2.
