What our Sous Chefs do?

Our mission is to be the best loved Hotel & Restaurant Company so regardless of position, we look for individuals who are passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care to our guests and employees. Our Sous Chefs also proactively assist in ensuring the overall quality and effectiveness of the kitchen department. As a Sous Chef you will help us create and write menus and support the Head Chef in purchasing food while controlling costs. Our Sous Chefs also support the brigade and provide training and development to talented junior chefs

Ideally, you will:

  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary
  • Be familiar with all sections of the kitchen to facilitate the flexible use of colleagues
