Sports Centre Manager - Leatherhead

40 hours per week, shift pattern to include evenings and weekends

St John’s has invested significantly in its facilities for the provision of sport culminating in the building of a new 25m pool with viewing gallery, multi-function studio and conditioning suite. The School wishes to derive the maximum benefit from the new facility, primarily to existing pupils but also to make the facility available to the local community and external organisations in due course.

We are therefore seeking to appoint a full time, full year Sports Centre Manager in this new and exciting role. The post holder is crucial in managing the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre. 

Excellent customer service skills, commitment to ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to and an enthusiasm for general sport and fitness are essential in this role.

The successful candidate will be actively seeking a career in sports and leisure and have a qualification in pool management, first aid and lifeguarding or be willing to undertake training.
