Evening Room Attendant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Evening Room Attendant to join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible to turn down the assigned rooms thoroughly, making the necessary arrangement in the guest rooms and replenishing linen and guest supplies by hotel standards. You will clean departure or occupied rooms on Housekeeper request and attends to the guest’s requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty. You will clean and store the trolley, arrange the cleaning materials and amenities in their designated area.

The ideal candidate will have an experience in Housekeeping within a luxury environment.  You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
