About the role...

As House Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the Food and Beverage operation of this brand new City Centre destination.  In association with the 125^th Anniversary of Station Hotel Aberdeen, we are launching a new Food & Beverage venue, the Station Brasserie.

You will work towards making the venue the destination of choice for locals and visitors.  Providing an outstanding guest experience is key, and while it may be the modern, luxurious refurbished venue or range of offerings we provide, it all about the service and providing our guests with a memorable experience utilising our ‘You’re on Stage’ service model.

You will be responsible for ensuring maximum customer service and satisfaction, production of quality food and high standards of service. You will coordinate and supervise the daily operational requirements of all food and beverage activities and supervise the sales of food and beverage items.

You will be a leader who can drive and motivate a team while working well under pressure. Working with a diverse team to deliver excellent service. Managing a team, building good relationships with colleagues and the customer. Adaptable and committed to finding solutions to any problems. You will also ensure the training and development of the team and the highest Health and Safety standards are maintained.
