Contract: Full Time

Hours:  40 per week

Salary: OTE up to £23,725 per annum (basic salary £15K based on a 30hr week with additional GEx/PT revenue) + Excellent Benefits

This state-of-the-art new site boasts a workout studio, Virtual Spin studio, Rig training zone, top of the range cardio and HIIT equipment, functional training zone and outdoor workout space

Role Overview

Reporting to the Health & Fitness Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation and safe supervision of the fitness facilities providing inspiring fitness coaching, advice, guidance, programming and goal setting to customers on all aspects of exercise and related subjects.

You will provide a high standard of customer engagement resulting in a high level of customer retention.

About You

If you are already an experienced Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer working with some Group Exercise experience within Leisure or similar environment, we want to hear from you. 

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised qualification at a minimum Level 2 and be actively working towards Advanced Instructor Qualification.
