Our mission is to be the best loved Hotel & Restaurant Company so regardless of position, we look for individuals who are passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care to our guests and employees. Our Spa Receptionists also will have great organisation skills in order to arrange the schedules, maximising the use of the spa therapists’ time and profitability, while ensuring that the guests’ needs are always of first importance.

Ideally, you will have exceptional standards of customer service, an excellent telephone etiquette as well as a good understanding of reception duties
