Currently we are recruiting for a dynamic Sous Chef to join our superb Kitchen team.

Ideally, our new Sous will have experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar luxury environment. Strong culinary skills are a must, along with the drive and passion to work in a busy and vibrant environment.

We are looking for:
• Exceptional culinary service standards
• Outstanding attention to detail whilst working within a fast paced environment
• The ability to work within a dedicated and passionate team
• Banqueting experience
• Flexibility to support other departments within the Club in order to guarantee the best possible service to guests
