As Assistant Programme Director you will assume accountability for day to day operations of a vibrant and busy Fitness & Wellbeing Corporate Facility. The management and leadership of a highly motivated team is a key focus, as is supporting the Programme Director in achieving key deliverables set out by Nuffield Health & Wellbeing and the Client.The right candidate will be commercially aware, with robust process management skills, and a natural flare for leadership. Strong customer service skills are also a fundamental requirement, as is the ability to innovate. A proven track record of achieving targets is essential.Skills and Experience RequiredThis position requires a forward thinking, self-motivated individual, who has the skills to fulfil the responsibilities outlined above.Duties:

Operational management of the Fitness & Wellbeing FacilityHealth & Safety responsibility for the siteFacility Budget, to Profit & Loss, to recruitment and developmentKey role in helping to shape the Client Wellbeing agenda - attending meetings, developing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their needs are metMarketing, retention and membership managementSupport and leadership of Client Services and Fitness teamPreparation of reports and presentations including monthly contract reviewsEvent management and facilitationMembership promotions and outreachSupport the Programme Director in all areas of operations including Client meetings

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skillsCommercial awareness and proven track record of achieving targetsSound industry experience and a true passion for Fitness and WellnessA strong fitness background with significant experience working in a corporate or commercial fitness environmentManagerial level experienceAdvanced IT skillsA strong personality and willingness to learn and develop new skillsDynamic and forward thinkingStrong process management skills and a natural leaderAttention to detail in all areas of workAbility to assimilate data with sound presentation skills
