A post has arisen for a full time Sales & Services Advisor to join our team.

Often as the first point of patient contact, you will provide an excellent customer service experience to all visitors that call or come to the hospital for advice, ensuring you build strong relationships with internal and external customers, giving timely and correct advice when requested.

You will also operate the Hospital Advice Handling Service through Salesforce to Company requirements achieving team and individual KPIs set for conversions and enquiry handling measurements.

In addition you will provide administrative support and work with the team for Marketing & Events.

Excellent communication and proven customer service skills, an eye for detail, and IT skills (experience of Microsoft Office) are essential along with the ability to work in a team.
