Who are we looking for?

Experienced General Managers/ Deputy who can demonstrate the following:

• Passionate for both product and people.
• High operating standards and strong levels of customer service.
• Natural leadership skills and ready to jump feet first into our vibrant bar.
• Strong financial and business acumen with knowledge and experience of P&Ls, forecasts and KRAs
• have a proven track record for delivering fantastic customer experience through a high performing team
• Drive sales through effective team management and customer engagement
• Have experience of working in a late night venue or sports bar Knowledge and an interest in sports preferred but not essential
