Business Development Manager - SLM Head Office, Hinckley

Everyone Active currently manage over 190 sports and leisure facilities across the UK in partnership with 60 local authorities. Over the last 2 years we have seen considerable growth as a result of new contract wins in the tendering market. 

The main purpose of the Business Development Manager’s role is to project manage and lead on tender submissions with the support of the SLM senior management teams.

This role requires the ability to: 

• Effectively evaluate and understand detailed tender documents and their specific requirements
• Compile accurate financial and operational forecasts tailored to each bid
• Attend and represent the Company in meetings with prospective Council partners 
• Identify and develop commercial proposals to formulate tender submissions
• Analyse and identify risk management issues
• Develop and write high quality tender proposals, and
• Submit successful tenders in line with tender instructions. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leisure professional who can demonstrate excellent commercial, operational and project management skills. As part of the role you will work closely with the SLM Board, business development team and senior team to formulate, develop and deliver successful tenders on behalf of the Company. 

You must be prepared for extensive travel across the UK and willing to adapt your working hours to meet the demands that are required of this diverse and challenging role.
