Food & Beverage Assistant - The Oxfordshire Golf Hotel & Spa - Thame Full Time/Casual (Zero hours) We are a 50 bedroom 4 Star Hotel, with Heath club and Spa treatment rooms, as well as a championship Golf Course of outstanding quality, situated in the heart of the Chilterns. The Oxfordshire is recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistants who have a passion for guest satisfaction.  As an F&B Assistant you will have the confidence and communication skills to offer our guests genuine hospitality and provide them with exceptional customer service ensuring their stay with us is memorable, comfortable and a relaxing experience.  You will be working in various F&B outlets throughout the hotel, delivering food and beverages to our members & guests during their visit to The Oxfordshire. F&B Assistant Key Responsibilities: To exceed the guest expectations and provide the best possible service at all times above and beyond the standards set To liaise with colleagues, management and kitchen staff to ensure prompt, professional and efficient service To communicate any special requests or guest feedback directly to the Food and Beverage Management team. To liaise with lounge bar and supporting them where required. To assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the introduction of sales and encourage up-selling at all times. To ensure that all areas under control are maintained in a clean and hygienic state and that cleaning schedules are being used. To carry out pre and post service tasks To follow up any guest’s complaints or special requests liaising with the Food and Beverage Manager as required. To help maintain the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness back of house, conference rooms, Restaurant and Bars Qualifications & Experience: The ideal F&B Assistant will have previous experience in a comparable hospitality role, and will also work well in a team or individually. The F&B Assistant will work full/part-time, on a rota basis (various/seasonal hours available). You will be reporting to the F&B Manager.
