As our Assistant Engineer you are, under the general guidance of the Chief Engineer, responsible for overseeing routine maintenance work:

Main role and objectives:

• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
• Diagnosing breakdown problems and perform light repairs
• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
• Respond to all guest’s requests in a timely and efficient manner

What we are looking for:

• Hotel experience is prefered, however is not essential for this role.
• Experience and knowledge of technical fields such as carpentry, plumbing,joinery and painting would be prefered, however is not essential for this role
• Some who is a team player but is also able to work independantly
