Following a recent re-structure, we’re recruiting an Operations Manager.  You’ll need to be customer focused, have a modern approach and be ready to move the business forward during this exciting time for WV Active.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality services and ensuring the highest standards are met across the centres. You will be integral to creating a welcoming, clean and enjoyable customer experience and will support the General Manager in the overall delivery of the service.

You will need to be an experienced Operations Manager accomplished in taking the lead in operational and health & safety matters to ensure our brand standards are fit for purpose and that performance targets are met.

You will also actively drive forward service improvements in repairs and maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the centres.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of current trends and developments within the leisure, health and fitness industry.
