As part of our continuing growth, we are looking to speak with enthusiastic, motivated, and customer focused individuals to join our Lettings Support Hub as a Lettings Negotiator. This post attracts a salary of £17,150 per annum plus commission.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will engage with our customers and Landlords to provide a seamless service and provide first line support for Lettings enquiries. You will be responsible for owning the whole applicant process from viewing to moving in. Through your passion for customer service excellence, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver our promise of delivering the best customer experience in the market to our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide first line support to our Lettings customers Regular communication with Landlords on a weekly basis, giving structured and factual updates on the progress of their property Register applicants using the system and booking them in to view suitable properties Ownership of the whole applicant process from viewing to moving in Responding to calls and emails from potential customers Adhering to all legal compliance requests

What are we looking for in a Lettings Negotiator?

You:

• Operate as a brand ambassador, demonstrating honesty and integrity Can adapt your approach dependent on the individual or situation Build and develop excellent internal relationships to ensure the highest standards are met for our customers Ability to prioritise own workload

Skills & Qualifications:

• Lettings experience is preferable Good knowledge of MS Office packages – Outlook, Word, and Excel
