Who We Are:

Rize is a unique, boutique, studio concept, offering a fresh approach to clients who want to change body shape, lose weight or improve their health and fitness. We have recently refurbished which has included the creation of unique signature classes which will place us at the apex of the burgeoning boutique studio market and set the stage for future growth.

We run equipment based ‘Small Group Training Sessions’ in studios throughout London using the latest technologies and techniques with an emphasis on delivering truly personal customer service.

Our studios offer our clients a sense of belonging, a safe intimate environment, a place that builds confidence, fitness and wellbeing. Our environments support lifestyle change by being a place that boosts our client’s mood, with its warm, friendly, holistic, energetic environment.

Our studios are unique, boutique and trendy, an environment that supports a healthier body, mind & inner-self. By creating a unique social hub where clients can support other clients, our environment fosters an exclusive atmosphere, promoting social support and encouragement.

Our clients journey starts with an initial consultation with one of our Group Class Coaches, where our team get to know the client’s goals and prescribe the class style to match the client’s needs and requirements. Our client’s training is supported by regular Results Check-Ins, where we support the client to achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

Sessions are unique to Rize, and run across different training zones throughout the day. Our USP is that our classes are small & personalised, ensuring that our clients are encouraged to gain maximum results and that our schedule offers a variety of sessions not found in other studios, a fact valued by our team as much as our clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

An individual that can demonstrate a friendly and professional manner at all times whilst striving to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients.

An individual that can lead by example and help to manage a team of Group Class Coaches to deliver exceptional service standards and strive towards improving client satisfaction levels.

An individual that can personally deliver high levels of client service through interaction with all clients in the studio.  Through the delivery of high service standards, you will maximise member retention and drive client satisfaction levels.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Reps Level 3
  • Minimum 3 years experience in fitness
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of supervisory skills
  • Willing to work a mix of shifts including early starts and weekends
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Bright sociable and outgoing personality
  • Passion for customer service
